Lovely works, very nice and know what they are doing
Kayleigh the hygienist is amazing! Dr. Webb was also very nice.
Yesterday, my wife and I visited this dental office for our first annual check-up, and we’re very pleased to have found a new dental home. The office is clean and well-organized, and the front desk staff was polite and welcoming. Our hygienist, Kayghly, did a fantastic job — professional, gentle, and thorough. My wife came into just looking to get her teeth clean. Toke a day of of work and made the appointment. To be told the could do nothing for her. My wife told her just needed cleaning, and the dentist told her she felt threatened. Well that is not how it works. In some circles her behavior would be expectable. that's not how the world works. She a customer and what was asking was with in her power to do. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!
I never leave bad reviews. This dentist Dr Tran absolutely refused to perform a basic cleaning on me. I had an appointment set for weeks, called my previous dentist to get records, and missed work just to get a cleaning. When I arrived they refused to do the cleaning because they did not get my films from my previous dentist. I showed them where I had been in contact with someone multiple times within the last week and they did not mention to me that they did not get them.
