Fantastic dental practice. They have an incredibly family friendly environment with an extremely kind staff, can't recommend this place enough!
I never leave bad reviews. This dentist Dr Tran absolutely refused to perform a basic cleaning on me. I had an appointment set for weeks, called my previous dentist to get records, and missed work just to get a cleaning. When I arrived they refused to do the cleaning because they did not get my films from my previous dentist. I showed them where I had been in contact with someone multiple times within the last week and they did not mention to me that they did not get them. Absolutely fantastic staff, one of the best dentists I've ever been to in my 38 years on this rock. One of only three dentists I trust in all of Virginia. 😁
