If I could leave zero stars I would, I would not recommend this business to anyone. They helped to install a ceiling lift in my home and tried to go the cheapest route for everything. When they gave us the lift they did not even give us a guide of how to take care of it. The things they told us about the lift were false and was only verbal. Jaun has a business practice of buying the cheapest materials, so he can pocket the rest of the money. Caring Environments went Above & Beyond for our Family! They treated us like family, listened to our needs and cares, and helped us find the resources we needed to get the help we needed. The Owner Juan came out and measured, gave us an estimate which was way cheaper than all the other companies that came out. SHAMEFUL!!!! The only care this contractor has is collecting money. My parents are in their 80s and suffer from Parkinson's and need an addition to avoid needing to use stairs. We are 19 months into a simple 460 square ft addition and still nowhere near complete. The roof structure (no shingles) of the addition was put on in the spring and never tied in to the existing roof, allowing the rain water to seep into the exposed existing walls, wick into the hardwood floors, and continue into the basement.
