My mum has advanced motor neurone disease & I entrusted CC with my mums care however we experienced a number of issues; the most significant one being the carer covering me for respite fell asleep during the daytime knowing my mum is extremely vulnerable and when I raised this with management they never bothered to respond & still sent the same carer back to us despite my request for them to be removed from our rota. Caring Crew, especially Kenny, have been excellent for my Dad, they have also given me that peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. Big thanks to the Caring Crew .
My mum has recently been discharged from hospital after 4 months I have been feeling so anxious however the caring crew have definitely put my mind at ease I have been so impressed by this company and would definitely recommend them.Every carer has been so lovely treating my dear mum with so much compassion . Tracey and the Team have all been so supportive . Thank you so much for all your support and for helping my mum adjust to living at home again. You certainly do live up to your name .
