Thank you to the wonderful vet who helped us with our final goodbye to our beloved Ruby. Kind, compassionate and caring. We couldn’t have asked for more in a very difficult time for us.
extremely rude and dismissive. i simply asked the vet about my puppy eating fluff and she got up and walked away saying it was a free consultation and couldn't ask that many questions and we had to let ourselves out the room, they don't care about your pets they just want a good paycheck. i would give -10 stars if i could
I highly recommend Country Caring Vet in Tahmoor. They cared for my dog Buddy with such compassion, kindness, and respect in his final moments. From the very first phone call, I felt supported and genuinely cared for. On the day, both my daughter and I were treated with such warmth, love, and understanding. They also arranged his cremation and showed incredible respect, even opening the door as I carried his urn out. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care they gave us during such a difficult time.
The vets and staff at Caring Country vets Tahmoor were amazing tonight, we arrived at 5.30pm after another local vet did not want to help us with our very sick dog, unfortunately our dog was too sick and we had to make the heartbreaking decision of putting our boy to sleep, they were so kind even though it was past closing time they allowed us to have as much time with our boy and there was no pressure, they waited for our daughter to arrive so she could say her goodbyes as well, they went over and beyond to make us comforta... read more
