Totally unacceptable, This organization was sent a referral for services from the hospital. After not receiving anything from them for 72 hours after discharge we called them. Were told we would hear from them that day or the next. After that did not happen we called again. Same response from them, same lack of action. Now we have contacted the hospital to get a referral for another provider.
This company is a waste of time. I was told a nurse was coming out to get information about my dad after he left the hospital , Well she/he never showed up after waiting all day no response nothing. Informed his doctor that they never called or never showed he put in another referral. I did speak with a Colin who called me and I returned his call. We set up a date for him to come out.
