My words repeat what Pwong 2387 says – The review by Pwong 2387 says it all for me. I give them one star too. Do not go to them. They turned me down by FedEx letter and when I call to try and find out, I get the answer "Pat is not there". We gave them our money and we don't hear from them for weeks. Sue Lemmon, our caseworker, wouldn't respond to our emails for weeks. How long does it take to reply to an email? A quick email takes like 2 minutes, tops. Don't make the same Mistake we did – Too bad we actually had to give them ONE star! Where do I begin? Let’s start with phone call number one… It took nearly three weeks to actually get anyone to speak with me about their programs (this should have been a red flag).
