Unhelpful dentist. Not able to calm a child down so not impressed with them. Have come and wasted multiple appointments that keep on getting charged. No bed side manner. Rude and uncooperative all the way down to the receptionist. Highly do not recommend this place.
I am not one to leave reviews normally but our encounter af the dentist this morning really stood out. Our toddler had a suspected broken tooth on the weekend. Rang Caring 4 Smiles in Epsom on Monday, who booked us in for the next morning. Our experience from the receptionist to the dentist was very pleasant. Dr Kelvin made our toddler at ease and happy to be examined/ X-rayed, followed by thorough explanations. I appreciate the care in giving our toddler a pleasant first experience at the dentist. My wife and I have been patients with Loy and his wife Thelma, since 2007. The service is the best. Friendly, efficient, effective and caring. I cannot ever remember having another dentist as good as Loy. I am 82 years old. I can be a grumpy old chap. Loy provides the very best for people like us. I recommend Caring 4 Smiles.
Competent and friendly dentists. They're good at clearly explaining the situation, your options, and costs ahead of time. Front desk staff are lovely.
