My family of six have been seeing the same GP, doctor David Connah since we moved back to Brisbane in 2009, occasionally seeing another doctor when our regular doctor is away. Dr Connah has always been very thorough when checking our health, very patient and caring. All other doctors have also been great in the treatment we received. Shocking experience that appointment are not adhered to and cancelled without consultation or notification. Son went for scans last Thursday and as he is 17 the results could only be given to him after which the earliest telephone consult was to be today at 15h45 as he is a school student, only to be told they tried contacting him in the morning "this after it was stated he is at school and won't be able to take calls prior" they still went ahead and tried contacting him to advise the Dr has to leave early and just to tell m... read more
Absolutely pathetic customer service from the receptionist team. The young girl and her colleague refused to pass on the office managers email to fulfil this complaint. Claimed she did not have the email and then told me she can't give it to me and tried to direct me to her receptionist email to be able to delete the email once received. Not only trying to falsly claim that I wad abusing her to claim the victims role but continued to speak down to me. Don't bother attending this practice, they're absolutely pathetic.
Went to see Doctor Lee with an ankle issue. He was very lazy with ordering tests and consistently ignored my concerns. After 12 weeks, finally got an MRI and he automatically accepted one of the findings of that test as my primary issue (despite it not being where my pain was) asking me to rest my ankle for 2-3 months! Went to another doctor who referred me to a physio and specialist all of which said that was definitely the wrong thing to do. Still working on a diagnosis, so giving up at that test when the condition leaves ... read more
