I had lock mech issue with my car door that RACQ couldn't fix on the spot & referred me to their approved mechanics. A common problem they said but there weren't any local mechanics ready to fix it. Alan & his team go above and beyond with their service. Got a competitive rate to fix it on the same day I called, helped me with a car to go back home & work whilst they fixed mine up! Wow! Friendly staff, affordable and fast service!
I can’t recommend this workshop enough! “Carlos” helped me out massively with my car, and his whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really took me under their wing, explained things clearly, and even taught me a few things along the way. It’s rare to find a place that not only does great work but also makes you feel like part of the team. Thanks again to Carlos and everyone there for going above and beyond!
Alan and the team are brilliant. My car was making a weird noise and they accommodated me immediately, were very friendly and honest about the work needed and price was great. Car is now fixed and working like new. Highly recommend
