We hired Carimi Construction to build out two restaurants for us in the New Orleans area. These locations were in non-conventional preexisting buildings (one historic, but both needing significant restoration) which required a ton of planning and expertise to successfully pull off both projects. Carimi Construction built our 2 restaurants in the Nola area. One being on the historic register, and the other almost beyond repair. They did an amazing job on both. While there wasn’t a need for return repairs after completion, they stayed present to help with any new issues that came up. If I could use Carimi across the country I would do so.
Carimi Construction has handled multiple commercial renovations for my company. They specialize in Historic Tax Credit projects and always help me with feasibility of projects before I even begin construction and architectural drawings. Carimi is a secret weapon if you are a developer.

We have worked with Carimi Construction multiple times through the years. They've always been great to work with before, during and after the project was complete.
