Seeing Dr. Forney and Dr. Aikey I am very happy with my service there although staff seems to change repeatedly or I simply do not see the same people. Exams are thorough, some of the staff are friendlier than others but that is a personality thing. I do have a problem they do not use my preferred name!
I had my first visit there. I was very impressed. Dr. Burt was very professional and Lori the lady that fitted my glasses. I was treated very well!!
I have been taking my mother here for glaucoma screening and cataract surgery and care since fall of last year. Not once has she been seen at her appointed time. We have waited an hour and more. Need time management help.
How does one person thank another person for saving your sight! After decades of good eye exams.....I went to my regular eye doctor for my annual eye exam last Tuesday, not worrying about a thing. Suddenly....the next thing I knew, I was told (thankfully) to rush to Dr. Carim's office....for emergency treatment....that I had a torn retina. It was at the end of Dr. Carim's very long day....and he also found that the retina was beginning to detach.
