My experience in transferring my sister from her current placement to Terrabella Indian Trail couldn't be described as any other than outstanding. From meeting Nicole to visit the community and working through how it meets my sister's needs to going through the financial feasibility with Rebekhah, I felt everyone was working with me for the best outcome for my sister. We recently toured this community looking for a place for my father-in-law. The community was gorgeous and the staff could not have been anymore friendly and knowledgeable. We were even greeted by Tammy the executive director while looking around. She was so sweet and had any instant connection with my father-in-law. This place is very high up on our interest list as we feel that dad would be greatly taken care of here!
We have been apart of the Terra Bella Indian Trail family now for a couple of months. I know that under new management things can be overwhelming. However, my experience with them has been nothing but heartfelt. They have accepted my mother with grace and have cared for her with dignity. Cleanliness of the facility is a high-quality in comparison to some that I have seen. Apparently, the facility has put lipstick on a pig . The current sanitation grade is a 90.5 which, is posted as required just inside the main entrance. I reached out to the facility on October 25th and spoke with Nicole regarding placement for my Mom who is being displaced due to the closing of her current facility in Union County on November 26th.
