After visiting their facility in Huntersville, NC, I thought everything was beautiful. It was after dealing with them, that things turned ugly. The day of my visit, I gave them a $1000 "good faith" money to move my mom into their facility. Later, she was declined for no real reason (if there was, it wasn't shared with me). One of my biggest frustrations is the apparent lack of communication within their organization.
