Facility is close to home, reasonable cost, and keeps family members informed of resident status.
The care for our Mom is greatly appreciated. She is now under additional care and it has eased the minds of the family.
Management hides in their offices all day and don’t help with anything. We had to move a friend out because there was mold in her room that ruined furniture and comforters. Water leaked in when it rained. It always smelled like sewage. Most of the good people left because of the new director. Terrible.
My mother is in memory care and the staff are some of the most caring, compassionate and kind people I’ve met!
