Carillon is highly overrated and somewhat overpriced. I recently had two relatives there for several months. The air conditioner didn't work correctly and was never properly repaired. This, coupled with a lack of heat (when needed) and hot water problems, made for a bad experience. Although the everyday caregivers are nice, the top management seems to have no clue as to how to run a facility.
