Terra Bella is so inviting when you enter the front door. The staff is very professional and caring. Karen in admission is amazing and takes care of potential residents from beginning until move-in. She is wonderful with residents and families and makes them feel at ease during the entire journey. I highly recommend Terra Bella ALF.

I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with TerraBella Lincolnton, and I can honestly say their team is wonderful. Beautiful place to spend your last days. I did a tour with Karen and discussed getting my aunt and uncle residency. She was so detailed in telling us about TerraBella. So many good amenities along with the perfect private apartment. What more could anyone want in receiving the care they need. Even though it didn't work out Karen still offered to help us in anyway if we should need her.

The staff at TerraBella has been absolutely amazing. Our move to their facility had to happen last minute and from another state. Everyone there was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and since my loved one’s arrival. Her transition to her new home was seamless and she loves her new home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living for their loved one.
