My mom has adjusted well to assisted living at Terra Bella because the staff is attentive and caring and the residents are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the fact that the staff checks on the residents several times a day, and the activities offered that provide opportunities to mingle and make new friends. If we have an issue, I feel comfortable speaking with the staff to resolve it because they are willing to listen and help in any way.
We have just moved our Dad in. Karen was extremely helpful in every way, responsive and thorough. We are most pleased with everything.
We recently moved a family member to this facility and we are loving it! The community makes it feel like home for my loved one. They have restaurant style dining, activities, multiple living and outdoor areas, a hair salon and physical therapy onsite. The best part is the staff are all so nice and helpful. They treat my loved one like their own!
Terra Bella is such a warm, friendly place. The staff are warm and welcoming. I have had many church members as residents there that I visit and the care they receive is amazing. My parents are baby boomers and have lived in Lincolnton their entire lives and if they needed Assisted Living Terra Bella would my go to choice.
TerraBella Lincolnton is such an amazing place! There is so much love and joy throughout the community. The staff is top-notch—friendly, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. The clinical team is outstanding, and the administration truly cares about both residents and families. You can see the difference in how happy and engaged the residents are. They have such a fun time every day! I can’t say enough good things about TerraBella—this community truly feels like family. 💙
