Waiting for hours. Why can’t they be honest and tell you they can’t help you. Medicare will love Paying $100s of dollars for nothing.
I do not recommend this emergency room. They completely ignored what I was telling them and insisted I had a condition I know for a fact I did not have. Now I have a medication I do not need and had to go somewhere else to solve my health problem.
at the ED waiting on treatment with my husband. Insurance lady (short, round, angry looking woman with glasses and pink hair) was extremely condescending and rude after we told her we accidentally forgot our card at home. Wouldn't look up the information needed (even though she was telling multiple other people in the ED she could look it up for them, not sure why we were any different). NO STARS stay away from here.. They get nothing done expect talk to each other all night waiting for the next shift.. constantly coming to shut door.. Tall dark doctors sat on the bed where my child slept stretched his legs out and got way tooo comfortable.. I’m disgusted by this hospital
