Do not come to this hospital with any concerns or anything but a broken leg. They’re clueless, zero communication. More of a useless urgent care than a hospital. No testing available but blood. Arrived in an ambulance after fainting and they took blood and disappeared, let me go with discharge papers. They then called to schedule an ultrasound, when I arrived they had me check into the general lobby, not the ER. She verified that. She then handed me a bill for $800 and I explained I had insurance. More of a useless urgent care than a hospital. Nice, not kind or willing to listen. No testing available but blood. Arrived in an ambulance after fainting and they took blood and disappeared, let me go. I found my way out of the hospital and fainted twice walking in the 90 degree heat two miles back to my car. Heading to a working hospital for care.
Friendly staff, took SUCH great care of our girl with a fractured arm. Quick admission to the ER, cared about her comfort, and were very patient and kind throughout the process of getting her what she needed. In and out in a matter of a couple hours. (Expected to be there MUCH longer!) Very pleased with this hospital!
This hospital has changed for the better since my childhood. The doctors, nurses, and staff do their best to get things done in a timely manner. I love how much hospitality that they offer. I would definitely choose this hospital over sovah health any day.
I wanted to share my love and support for this hospital. Every emergency I have had has been nothing but a great experience. Well of course the best one you can get when you’re in immense pain. I was had what I though was a boil just do to me getting them so frequently. Within 24 hour time span I became in excruciating pain in my knee from how massive and swollen the abscess was.
