I was a patient in the er today,all the staff were very freindly careing ,and on top of everything ,DR A ndrew Moore was very polite,and knowledgeable,and i did not have no long wait time you could tell he cares about people and their health,All the nurses made my visit pleasant with their careing attitudes,I drove all the way from collinsville va because Carilion has the best medical staff and I knew i would get the best treatment and answers to what was going on with my health problem

I was seen in the emergency room 1/29/26 from the result of falling on ice and breaking my wrist. I was blessed enough to receive the care of PA Katherine Yakuboff. Because of her expertise and exceptional care I don't have to have surgery for hardware. Not only did she set my wrist back perfect, she was so kind, so patient and so attentive. After falling on the ice and injuring my back I went to the ER. I was seen quickly and could not have asked for friendlier, efficient, caring, and excellent care from the time I arrived until the time I left. They were certainly there when I needed them.
