Nice docs and NPs but their very strict, no exceptions late policy has caused me to seek another doc. You PTO time off work and you're stuck in slow moving bumper to bumper traffic and you show up 11 minutes late, you're rescheduled. No exceptions. Zero. I understand it's important to be on time because one late person can disrupt many others who show up on time. But what happens if the doc/NP is 15-20 minutes late coming into your room? Nothing.
