This is by far the BEST department in Carilion! Everyone that I have interacted with -from reception to providers is friendly, respectful, efficient and explains all procedures and options.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO YOUR RESPONSE: You responded to this in less than 2 hours I've been calling all week. Calling obviously solves nothing. Had an URGENT referral sent from another surgeon because they couldn't do the surgery needed and they have ignored and blown off that surgeon and me ALL WEEK on an urgent matter! Disgusting!
This is the first of my many Doctor's that has sat and explained what can be done and the choices to make.
