I was sent to the Carilion Sleep Center because of a TBI in 2023 which has brought me severe pain and a severe lack of sleep. The Carilion Sleep Center Technicians are courteous, very informative and understanding to needs is the clients to a point of excellence! Shelly administered my first sleep study and was very explanatory and professional in her performance of her duties in my sleep study. After the study I saw a practitioner not a doctor. I never received a copy of the sleep study so when I saw him, I had no idea what to ask. I got it a month later from the CPAP people, not the hospital. I sent a form to the practitioner that needs to be filled out so I can renew my driver's license. It's been 10 days and no form was sent back. The study said I should lose weight, nobody told me until I read the study. They seldom return phone calls. After 6 weeks I'm still "in the dark." Beware.
