I waited for 13 months to get the call to book an appointment with this place. After a year and a half of horrible sleep, I arrived with a detailed spreadsheet rating how much sleep I got, what if anything interrupted my sleep, etc. Apparently, someone had switched the doctor I was meant to have an appointment with because I was told "I can't help you, I haven't read your chart."
