Terrible experience. As unprofessional as it gets
I’m having to redo a sleep study because in-clinic was too stressful for me, so I’m trying to get a sleep study scheduled for at home. They won’t call me to schedule it and when I call they aren’t there to do it but they won’t let me schedule it online. They also don’t have a way to mail it to people like me who have to rely on the RADAR bus, etc. For reference it’s an at-home kit I have to come in to pick up and go back in to turn it in.
Most frustrating process to go through. Doctor created referral. Scheduled for appointment earliest availability 5 months. Received mail from clinic with a multi-page questionnaire. Waited 5 months and went to the sleep place on Crystal springs. PA quickly went over questionnaire. Checked vitals. Told me they were going to schedule a "sleep study". They would call me back for scheduling. They called me back and left voicemail to call them back. Called back the next day and no answer (8:15 am). Called back about 2 hours later... read more
I would recommend this place. Staff are wonderful they go out of their way to make you comfortable and they explain everything that they are doing. They answer all your questions.
