Despite the extensive amount of waiting, in which caused me to deduct a star, the specialist that assisted me was very professional and the nurse that performed my triage was pleasantly polite and relatable. She was very compassionate as well as considerate.
They need to learn customer service. Everyone is so rude and just doesn’t care
Dr Sofi could have cared less about seeing me. He left door open during my examine. He rushed thru my visit. Not concerned about my condition. They were 30 minutes behind. He sent his nurse in to give me medication. I asked would my insurance pay for it after I finished samples. She told me, she didn't know, they don't deal with insurance matters and if it didn't pay for it I'd be switched to something else. When I was checking out. I am really not sure how many stars I should give Dr. Alam but I am not a completely happy patient. I have called three times to try and get my prescription corrected for Spiriva, my insurance will cover a 90 day supply for the same cost as a 30 day supply if worded correctly. Three weeks later and I have now just given up. Note: 1 puff once a day does not work for me is an additional problem.
