Everyone I have dealt with so far has been nice and quick to the point. I am having knee troubles and they have helped me figure out what I need to do to get my knees back into shape. The exercises they give me are easy on my knees and I can tell they are helping overall. The facility is clean, good amount of equipment, and they let me take home a band for my exercises.
