I give 1 star just for my therapist, otherwise it would be zero! I was referred to PT at the end of 2023, I chose the Botetourt location because it’s about 5 minutes from my home. I went to 2 appointments at this location. When I arrived the first time the older male front desk employee would NOT look at me or acknowledge my presence, after standing there for what seemed like 10 minutes the older female finally acknowledged me I assume knowing the other would not. I’d been here multiple times prior for various physical therapy reasons. Always had a good experience and I loved the physical therapists and desk staff. Unfortunately, today I had the opposite experience. I overslept slightly (night shift worker), but luckily live so close that I was able to get to the facility before the 15 minute cutoff time for rescheduling. Had the best experience with physical therapy on my knee. Ashlyn and Carmen got me to a good place where I have full use of my knee. Very grateful to these gals.
