I thought that this would be a nice place to go to for physical therapy since it’s within the Carilion system however I didn’t even get to see my therapist because I was 10 minutes late DUE TO THE FACT I could not figure out where the therapy department was located until I wasted time to ask the receptionist in the gym part of the building. I was extremely disappointed they assumed I was a no show after 10 minutes (I was in the gym at 11:07 and rehab at 11:13 when my appointment was at 11) knowing I am a new patient who is p... read more
The staff are very caring, listen to your concerns, and explain everything they do. They are very encouraging about your improvement week to week so you can see the work really pays off.
