I really liked the physical therapist I saw for my evaluation. However, apparently my insurance declined to cover the subsequent visits. Someone from the office called to tell me this but I missed the call because I was in a meeting at work. Before I would have had even a minute to call back, all of my appointments were cancelled. I thought that this would be a nice place to go to for physical therapy since it’s within the Carilion system however I didn’t even get to see my therapist because I was 10 minutes late DUE TO THE FACT I could not figure out where the therapy department was located until I wasted time to ask the receptionist in the gym part of the building. The staff are very caring, listen to your concerns, and explain everything they do. They are very encouraging about your improvement week to week so you can see the work really pays off.

They are really amazing here... My mom loves everything about this place and definitely enjoys pool therapy the staff are Absolutely Amazing!!!
