Great experience! Tom and Brandon really helped me recover from a knee injury. Both of them did a great job of listening to me and working with me on strengthening exercises to improve my recovery. The entire team at this outpatient PT clinic makes it a fun, interactive environment to work on improving your health. Well Done!
Don’t go here inpatient if you don’t wanna feel like a bad person and like a problem. They are not trauma informed and the nurses couldn’t care less about being compassionate and understanding. The psychiatrists are much kinder but still rely on DSM criteria rather than whole picture diagnosing. They treat the symptoms not the whole person. They’re quick to shove medications down your throat without asking who you are as person and what your history looks like. This PT is horrible. I went in for low back pain. My pain level was a 1-2. The PT did some pressing, and had me do a stretch on the table. The minute I got up, I knew something was was wrong. I told him, but he blew it off and had me stretch all the way backward. Then he took me to the counter to schedule more appointment. I had trouble walking to the counter. I loved seeing Lindsay Duncan and Alice Russelle! That being said, one of the front desk staff is so incredibly rude that it made me dread coming in, just in case she was there (this has gone on since October, it is now January). Every question I’d ask or any scheduling would be met with extremely confrontational and unfriendly language — even in the most casual of conversation. Right from the start it was a positive experience. The receptionist was friendly and informative. She made all my visits ahead of time so I didn’t have to keep making appointments. Even when I had to cancel she was always courteous and friendly. During my appointments I dealt with Tom, Brandon, Matt. They were the best team of physical therapists I have ever dealt with.
