I loved seeing Lindsay Duncan and Alice Russelle! That being said, one of the front desk staff is so incredibly rude that it made me dread coming in, just in case she was there (this has gone on since October, it is now January). Every question I’d ask or any scheduling would be met with extremely confrontational and unfriendly language — even in the most casual of conversation. Right from the start it was a positive experience. The receptionist was friendly and informative. She made all my visits ahead of time so I didn’t have to keep making appointments. Even when I had to cancel she was always courteous and friendly. During my appointments I dealt with Tom, Brandon, Matt. They were the best team of physical therapists I have ever dealt with. My physical therapy experience at Carillion Clinic has been very positive. As someone who had endured hip pain that went on for several years, and that failed to improve after several interventions (including PT elsewhere), I was quite demoralized when I first visited Carillion for PT. Very encouraging staff! Down to earth, easy to talk to and fun atmosphere. The staff all get along and it is evident that they enjoy what they do, and care about their patients!
