Not caring to help at all ..
Truly, truly awful experience. I waited 2 months, with a referral from my PCP, to see Dr. Zachmann, who was was 30 minutes late to the exam room. I told him why I was there and what I'd been doing to treat myself so far. After examining me for a few seconds, he confirmed that what I already knew I had, and had also already been confirmed by my PCP was indeed true and proceeded to tell me to begin the treatment regimen I'd just told him I'd already been doing and where I could buy the products I'd just told him I'd already be... read more
UPDATE: went to Lewis gale in Blacksburg and they checked for lip tie and told us he had a severe case of it, literally down to where his teeth would be coming in(which was causing him to not latch properly to feed, causing him also to be super gassy and reflux) ! My 5 week old son has had trouble latching onto bottles and pacis since he was born, his lip curls inwards whenever he takes a bottle or paci (I looked it up and said it could be possible lip tie/tongue tie) he’s constantly gassy cause he gets air drinking bottles etc because of the lip curl, his pediatrician ordered a screening/test here and I called today and he was denied because he can eat and is gaining weight, didn’t even set a appointment to check to see if he has it or not Yes I understand just cause my child is gain... read more
Adam, physician assistant works with Dr Mao, he is very patient, very considerate. Listens to what you are telling him. He takes time and explains things so you can understand just what he is doing. Just Excellent
