Nurses and receptionist don’t give you call back promptly! I called the office at 8am this morning as soon as they opened waiting in pain. Waited for a call all day just to get a call at 6:30pm. And the nurse has the audacity to say “I received your call earlier today, im just returning your call”. No apology for not returning my call earlier.

I have been calling for weeks to schedule an appointment with no return call. I have been a patient with this office for over 15 years and this is incredible frustrating.

This was the easiest appointment I ever had. Dr. Nunziato was so experienced so knowledgeable and gave my hop for the first time in my medical journey.

If you’re not pregnant, don’t expect to get in. I called to make an appointment and asked when the next appointment was available to which I was immediately asked if I was pregnant. When I said no, I was told they weren’t taking new patients. When I asked why non-pregnant women were not being given the attention and care they also need, I was flippantly and dismissively told “I couldn’t tell you” by the receptionist.
