Dr Grubb was very rude to me and told me he was not able to see me fuse to the medication I was on, even though I had narrowing of my c4and c5 . He refused to tell me what was wrong with my back I had to call me primary doctors office who told me. He mumbled under his breath as he left about my meds and told me to go home and put ice on my back and go for a walk. I wouldn't recommend Dr Grubb to anyone. Great staff!!! Dr. Hugh Craft is an awesome Pediatrician! He listens to your concerns and takes the time to make sure that you understand his answers. He is very knowledgeable and has many years experience with different areas of peds. My kids love him and I must admit so do I. My husband and I both argree that you can't get any better than him. Examining rooms could use an update, but other than that I can't complain. His staff is wonderful and respond quickly to return calls. :)

I was in the hospital back in September and I was very impressed. The Doctor's, nurses,cleaning staff and all staff I came in contact with, were very friendly, caring and answered all my questions. When I need hospital care or family and friends, I will reccomend Carlion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
I have experienced excellent care at this Carilion office, however my Dr. is leaving this practice now.Due to this I have to choose a different physician. this is always hard to do, as my disappointment I had only one choice due to the fact the other Dr. supposedly is not taking Medicare patients anymore. I made a appointment with the only Dr. available due to my insurance status. I NEVER HAD A HOUSEKEEPER CLEAN OR ENTER MY ROOM WHILE I WAS THERE. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE FOOD WAS GOOD.
