Scheduling is atrocious even if your pregnant they cant make an appointment even for the next month, "as the schedules not open" whatever that means, no wait list offer, nothing just a so sorry cant help you good luck. They basically tell you to continue without care what a joke, should just straight up say you arent accepting new patients if you cant even schedule people who need to be seen. I wish I could specifically review each doctor and nurse separately because there are some really wonderful people at this practice. Most of the nurses are absolutely lovely, competent, kind and supportive. And several doctors are as well, notably Jocelyn Gibson was by far the most diligent, thoughtful and made me feel the most comfortable and supported as a patient. Another bad review… they cancelled my appointments and gaslighted me when I called for them. I have never had such poor service!!!!!!!!!!
This service from this place is OUTRAGEOUS. I have tried to schedule an appointment with the OBGYN 3 times now, once with a referral from another doctor. All 3 times i have been ignored or hung up on.
