This service from this place is OUTRAGEOUS. I have tried to schedule an appointment with the OBGYN 3 times now, once with a referral from another doctor. All 3 times i have been ignored or hung up on.
I've had nothing but a good experience at this office (and the one in Blacksburg). The nurses especially are kind and personable, and the administrative staff has gone out of their way to schedule my appointments when convenient for me. My pregnancies are high risk and I feel safe in the care of the CNRV providers, especially Drs Wentworth and Craft.

Jocelyn Gibson was amazing and do were all the staff. Jocelyn was kind and informative and everything you want when going to a doctor's office with no clue.
I’ve been on the waiting list for 3 years now. Every time i call they act like I’m just now on the list? I have been an established patient of Colby for a decade, before he came to this clinic, but can’t get seen. I love Colby as my doctor, but carillon is a mess and doesn’t care about us. This is why women are dying of cancer at higher rates than ever.
