I wish I could specifically review each doctor and nurse separately because there are some really wonderful people at this practice. Most of the nurses are absolutely lovely, competent, kind and supportive. And several doctors are as well, notably Jocelyn Gibson was by far the most diligent, thoughtful and made me feel the most comfortable and supported as a patient. Another bad review… they cancelled my appointments and gaslighted me when I called for them. I have never had such poor service!!!!!!!!!!
This service from this place is OUTRAGEOUS. I have tried to schedule an appointment with the OBGYN 3 times now, once with a referral from another doctor. All 3 times i have been ignored or hung up on.
I've had nothing but a good experience at this office (and the one in Blacksburg). The nurses especially are kind and personable, and the administrative staff has gone out of their way to schedule my appointments when convenient for me. My pregnancies are high risk and I feel safe in the care of the CNRV providers, especially Drs Wentworth and Craft.
