I came here a few weeks ago because I needed a same day appointment and my OB could not get me in at my normal location - the service was trash the girl in the front was rude and was more concerned with her phone instead of checking me in . when i went back they directed me to the bathroom to do a urine sample in which the bathroom was filthy! when i went to the room the room was filthy- everything in this clinic is outdated the workers don’t seem to care. i overall did not enjoy my experience and will NEVER come to this cli... read more
My experience here was far and away the worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I am a medical student so I can’t imagine what it would have been like for someone who didn’t have healthcare experience. I couldn’t understand what I was being told. I came in for my 12 week prenatal appointment with the expectation that everything was going well. The resident did most of the encounter before my ultrasound which was fine. I called twice to get an appointment for a serious issue and the receptionist refused to give me an appointment, she just transferred me to the nurses line both times, even after I explained that it wouldn't allow me to leave a message and that nobody was answering. Both times she sounded irritated that I was calling.
