I have received care here for almost a decade, including 2 pregnancies. Melissa Perler (no longer there) and Dana Abney are excellent providers, and I've always felt seen and heard under their care.

Unfortunately, there are a couple individuals at the front desk that i dread dealing with as they're very rude every time i'm there and act as if me being at their window to check in or out is a huge inconvenience to their day. Sometimes they'll blatantly ignore me to answer phones, or to continue their conversation with their coworkers about a tv show (no joke). Started using them after we had some issues with Rocky Mount OBGYN and they are wonderful. Surprised to see so many negative comments on the staff, We have never had an issue and plan to use them for future pregnancies .

Patient management front desk is the worst. We had to have an emergency stop on the way there which made us fifteen minutes late. We live an hour away too. I called them to let them know we would be 15 minutes late and she told me that there is a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 3:15 and entered the building at 3:16 and she said she would not take me in due to being one minute over the grace period.
