Absolutely awful place to go when you’re pregnant. I went in when I found out I was pregnant everything seemed ok. The second visit their true colors really came out. They ran a bunch of tests, multiple tests which were too early to do but dint anyways, multiple results came back for being a sever uti and it went un treated no PHONE CALL to let me know what is wrong with me, I moved to another state not knowing about the uti couldn’t get an appointment right away so this uti went untreated now my baby is at risk and now I ha... read more
Had an appointment for 1:45 , got there at 1:46 if not exactly on time but they decided to take a patient that showed up early and I ended up waiting 40 minutes to see the doctor. What happened to the 15 minute window they claim to have even though I showed up on time ? I explained I was on a time limit given on was on my lunch hour and had my 10 year old waiting in the lobby for me . But like I said , 40 minutes any way to see the doctor. Will not go back to this office .
If I could give Zero Stars, I absolutely would! I had an appointment a week ago to run some testing for some concerns I had. Hadn’t heard anything from the nurse. Logged into my mychart and saw that my results posted 6 days ago and were positive for the concerns I had. Did NOT get a call from the office regarding my health. WHY WAS I NOT CALLED? because now here I’ve been so many days later thinking it was all in my head BUT NO, it’s not and I’ve been without medication for 10 days?? Is that even safe?!? We try to call them to make an appointment and no one ever answers. Literally called over a dozen times on multiple days. We eventually gave up and looking for a clinic elsewhere.
Used them when I was pregnant, it was always a pleasant experience. The nurses/doctor's were extremely nice and Informational. I was 19 when I was pregnant and they couldn't have cared. It was nice not being judge for being a young mom. They were very supportive
