I really hate this company and everything about yall. Yall schedule people appointments then when we arrive yall have nobody at the desk and don’t wanna check us in. Not only that yall are HORRIBLE with communication. YALL STAFF SUCK! NOBODY WHO WORKS HERE DESERVES THEIR JOBS. Yall pick and choose who to be nice to. Yall show favoritism.

Went for an US after a miscarriage. Made it clear that I lost my baby. Still, the staff asked me for a urine sample and the radiologist congratulated me and asked me how far along I was. It was traumatizing and no one apologized for this mistake. They wanted me to continue to come in so they could rake in the revenue, but there was no compassion or empathy whatsoever.
