Went for an US after a miscarriage. Made it clear that I lost my baby. Still, the staff asked me for a urine sample and the radiologist congratulated me and asked me how far along I was. It was traumatizing and no one apologized for this mistake. They wanted me to continue to come in so they could rake in the revenue, but there was no compassion or empathy whatsoever. An embarrassment to Carilion. Bradley Free Clinic is sending those that can't afford healthcare to this office. I was there as support to a woman from Afghanistan. The nurse there was unfriendly and rude to the patient.
