My son had an incident where he needed to see neurology been waiting 6 months. Unfortunately the day of the appointment he had to reschedule because his primary care sent him to the hospital. He called to reschedule and didn't just no show. The person on the phone was extremely rude and told him there were no appointments and he could go on a waiting list for next year 2026 because his issue wasn't serious. I visited here this morning with a friend of mine in for neurology. Well designed building and lot with plenty of parking and clean as can be. The doctors here are very good, and so are their amazing and friendly staff. It is too far for me as a potential patient, but I would go as far to recommend anyone in the Rocky Mount area to come here.
