The maternal fetal medicine office is very unprofessional. One of the most unprofessional offices I’ve ever seen. They scheduled me for an Hour long ultrasound, just for me to get there and the sonographer rushed through the ultrasound in all of 20 minutes. I was told to sit in the waiting room to consult with the doctor next and the doctor never even met with me. Expect to wait at least an hour every time.
I was told that my chart was reviewed and that they would not accept me as a patient. I am high risk, I have had 3 other high risk pregnancies and never was refused by my old mfm. Unfortunately there are no other options but it's awful that a clinic would refuse care without even meeting the pt when referd by the pt ob.
Very disrespectful and rude scheduling coordinator who hung up on me. I called multiple times to follow up and was told they would not schedule me because my doctor needs to do that. Even though a referral was put in already by the attending at the hospital who said I would have zero issues being seen. CRMH says this has never happened and they have no idea why they’re rejecting their referral.
