Dr slonim is the absolute best dr and my family loves him... however when it comes to getting prescriptions refilled its like pulling hair... DARLA is the WORST!! God help u if u get this nurse! Multiple calls to this lady and no results. Ever... so if u have prescriptions needing refilled might as well call 3 weeks prior and that might not even work ..the doctors rock but refill nurses lack on personality and doing what's asked of them. . Please hire nurses who do their job efficiently and effectively!
Well prepared staff
They push you off, they say they will do something a do not follow through. I have been calling for a week straight to get medication and am told they will call me back and send a message to the doctor. 1 week later and still no call back. I have asked to speak to the doctor instead of going back and forth and was told it’s at their discrepancy to call me back that they can only send a message. I am beyond frustrated and done with this place
