They push you off, they say they will do something a do not follow through. I have been calling for a week straight to get medication and am told they will call me back and send a message to the doctor. 1 week later and still no call back. I have asked to speak to the doctor instead of going back and forth and was told it’s at their discrepancy to call me back that they can only send a message. I am beyond frustrated and done with this place
Since I've had surgery I was placed in the hands of Marianne Dudley as my care coordinator. I've never been treated with such tender and considerate care in my life. Marianne got on my case after my hospital ER visit Monday night and quickly got the ball rolling to figure out why I'm having pain and swelling in my hand. She treats you like you are her family. You cannot get better care than that. This care coordinator program is the most impressive program I've ever experienced.
Front desk staff, nurses, etc were lovely and inviting, but I have little praise for my Dr. My appointment was at 9:00am and while I was brought back on time, I was sat in the room for an hour before he came to the room. Once he did come in, he was noticeably not paying attention to me and pulled out his phone multiple times without any explanation or apologies.
