Extreme lack of care and compassion. Other than. The phlebotomist, it seems like everyone is there to get a paycheck, doing the bare minimum. Grateful to be taking my health/life to another hospital. Extreme lack of communication and projecting problems onto the patients.
They do what they can, and good people work here. They’re working for a god-awful company though, and that’s always very evident.

I had to call them about a family member and they were SO nice to us. And they are very good at what they do. I feel like he is in good hands.
