I arrived at the Westlake location at 1145 to have an xray of my left knee. The front desk person (JoannevHarrington) told me they were closed until 1300 and I would need to come back. My provider sent me to check for a possible torn ligament and she was surprised I could drive but I said I would be fine driving to imaging and then home. I went back at 1300. My husband fell full force on his face in a parking lot. We took him to Carillon Clinic Westlake. They did a wound assessment But they never did a possible concussion assessment even though I suggested it both to the nurse and doctor. Both agreed at the time but it wasn’t done. Negligent.
