Could actually care less about you. Their availability for appointments is extremely limited and they don’t care how sick or how long you’ve been waiting. They will call you and push back your appointment for three more months. I don’t know if there’s no one that actually wants to work a regular schedule there or what the problem is. But if it’s important, then you really need to be seen by gastroenterologists. Look elsewhere.

First off, I saw one of the PAs who did not catch some medications I was on of which I was having an allergic reaction. The PA never took me off the meds that began shutting down my organs. Instead, she wanted to order all of these tests that I would have to pay for out of pocket. I ended up seeing my old PCP in Charlotte nc who realized it right away and within months, I felt better. I've been seeing this practice since 2009, & I absolutely love the care I've received from Dr Ringold. But everything else about this practice is just horrible. I work in healthcare, and I am 100% appalled by how this office is run. You can't get a call back or a response on MyChart, even for a refill. (My pharmacy also called & left messages 3 times in the last 2 weeks- no response.) If you're having issues with a chronic disease, it's 8-9 months wait time to get an appointment.
