Over the years the Quality of healthcare has dropped with this office. You are not important at all to them other than a paycheck. Carilion has become a nightmare for care. Better off with Dr.Quinn medicine woman than Carilion. What happened to the Oath of do no harm?

Doctors do not care about their patients had a doctor be extremely rude tell me they had 12 minutes per patien. Witnessed the office staff make an elderly woman cry she was dropped they told her since she was late she be discharged as a patient. She was in a wheelchair and could not leave they asked if she wanted them to get somebody from the hospital to wheel out. Where is the humanity what is wrong with this office
