Seen Endo in about 5 months due to me being out of the country for school. Dr that I had recently just sent me insuilin refills but not pen needles. When requested on the portal someone called me and said I am no longer a pt there and needed to find somewhere else to go. I asked why and they said I have missed 3 appointments in the year.... I am not sure exactly where the Healthcare industry is headed in this time. I was sent a referral to this office and like another review, it states for THE ENTIRE TEAM they are accepting new patients. All they said is Creteria not met for a new patient. The family doctor would not have sent a referral and have additional tests done if he didn't think it was warranted! So are we picking and choosing patients. The irony is they transfer to a nurse and they can not give you a reason! Correct your website if you are not acceptin... read more
Had a transfer of care from my doctor and this office would not give me an appt and I don't know why. I'am diabetic and just wanted to see a doctor close to where I live. I will never recommend this office to anyone. They even have on their website accepting new patients?
Wonderful staff from the lady's checking you in and out, the nurses and the doctors. I have never had a bad experience here and I highly recommend. The appointment also are in and out and you never have a long wait.
