The front desk people was nice and the nurse that assisted in the room was nice but the doctor was not attentive and really dismissive to my concerns and the real issues.. True waste of time and will not be going back !!!!
I called for an appointment, and was told there was a 25 minute wait and got kicked out. I called back and was told there was a 23 minute wait. I sat with the phone for what seemed like forever, and when they answered the phone, I started with "My doctor sent in a referral " at which point she smarted off hatefully "this is for appointments!" and hung up the phone on me with me trying to talk. Forget this place. I will find me another doctor.
Very thorough and friendly
Had a surgery here as well as my regular checkups and everyone is kind and professional.
Everyone in the office seemed nice and they do a pretty good job of keeping notes on the patient for reference. You have to go through the prompts to be connected. It asks for my information but it’s entered incorrectly in their system so I just wait until someone picks up. After waiting on hold for a bit they do connect you to a nurse if that’s who you need to speak to. In clinic I saw Dr. Johnson.
