Audilogist and assistant worked with my daughter and grandson to perform a solid hearing test. They were patient, kind, helpful and respectful. At the end, they had my grandson giggling and interacting. He is usually hesitant to respond to strangers. I highly recommend Tanglewood Carillion hearing for children especially low/non-berbal toddlers.
I was very disappointed with the handling of our visit to the audiology department. I had appointments for both of my 3-year-old twins on the same day. However, after discussing with our pediatrician, it was determined that only my son needed to be seen, so I canceled my daughter's appointment. Despite clearly communicating that my son's appointment should remain, both were canceled.
