❗❗❗ No hot water during winter!!!! No one ever picked up the call This property is sooooooo far away from snow mountain And it was expensive And coffee expired in 2018 while we checkedin time is july 2023 So! Ridiculous!
Booked for 3 nights. Pros: -Cosy little apartment with partial lake view; -Dry room works really well for drying wet ski clothings; -hot water was quite hot, really good for a post ski winter shower. Cons: -The key was stored in a passcode locker, which, the passcode provided to us was completely incorrect. No one was answering the phone nor replying to messages. No one was onsite to help. Called to book, the staff were very rude when I asked for availability of a room for the night. They replied “Where do you think you are calling” and they continued the conversation in sarcastic tone. I do not recommend this place.
Couldn't get into the apartment. Code that was sent to us didn't work, no one answered the phone calls to get help. Had to book alternative accommodation at 1am after a long drive from Sydney.
