The facility is well maintained. Staff is also great, friendly and cares for the residents. Any concerns voiced out by residents or family is dealt with the management professionally.
We have had multiple employees working at AgeCare Cariboo Place for several years, and none have expressed concerns about a lack of support or the work environment. Our team has always received positive feedback regarding the management, staff cooperation, and overall working conditions. Unfortunately, Leanne P was a challenging employee due to her poor attitude and unwillingness to cooperate. Terrible experience working there. Manager watches you on the camera. Will not confront you regarding your job. Agencies are not treated the same. Try to be nice to your face and back stab you. No support. No reasoning.Food is disgusting. Short staffed. Orientations are a joke. Stay away from this place.
