We bought a boiler from Gary back in 2019, he was good about setting up, but have found since then, he rarely replies to questions. Now 2025, we have a huge leak, after messaging Gary over and over, I had to threaten legal on him, and he showed up. We got 2 different plumbers in, talked to other boiler dealerships and all are saying a manufacturing defect. We asked Gary to put in for warranty and he has come up with any excuse possible. I bought this 6048 Model and have used it 5 months now, through a fairly mild winter. I would rate the product as 5 star as it is simple in design and usage. It works well. I found Gary to be very knowledgeable and experienced in installing and showing me how to run this stove. Initially I made a few mistakes however lessons well learned. I would definitely recommend both Gary and this stove. I bought a central boiler classic edge 750 in 2017 used it for two winters . nothing but trouble . Plugs up continuously. Tried additives . Wood is under 22% moisture . The biggest problem with this manufacturer is it’s lack of warranty for a very poor design. Called the help line Guy at central boilers was defensive and sarcastic. No interest in helping.
